Founder

With more than 20 years of experience in the data and analytics space, Rolf spent most of his career with some of the world's leading media, marketing and communications holding companies, including Dentsu Aegis, WPP and Omnicom. He most recently served as Chief Analytics officer at OMD and Chief Data Officer at Mindshare.


With a strong marketing foundation and effectiveness guide rails defined by industry giants like Les Binet, Peter Field, Byron Sharp and Mark Ritson, Consequence Analytics is built on Rolf's cumulative knowledge and hands-on experience accrued during his successful career. 

Rolf has always strived to create innovation through measurement and analytics, promote data-driven decision making, and develop creative solutions to support agency and client-side business impact.

Sheila Baker, Operations

Sheila Baker

Operations

Sheila is an operations veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the Marketing Analytics space. She started her career at ACNielsen, focusing on delivery and project management, then moved to MMA where she became their Managing Director of Operations.

 

Most recently, Sheila worked at Mindshare as their Executive Director of Operations, where she lead operations and delivery for Strategy and Analytics teams across the US.
